What an amazing experience dealing with Milan and his team of experienced fitters. I had a few quotes from reputable window fitters that I looked up on Homestars before being referred to Premium by a friend. With the other companies I dealt with commission-based sales staff that were not fitters and had limited product knowledge in terms of what would go well in my house. I was surprised with Premium’s customer-focused approach as they don’t employ sales folks and Milan dealt directly with me. There was a sense of security knowing that I would be dealing with one point of contact. Milan is all about doing the best possible job and providing the highest level of service in the most cost-effective way for the customer. All the windows and doors he installed are of the highest quality in relation to the price-point. Sure there may be better quality windows out there but the price would be exponentially higher for those without much value-add. From start-finish the service from Premium windows was timely, flexible, customer-centric and doing the best possible job to any budget. I would recommend Premium to anyone – in fact I already have!

I was very happy with Milan and his co worker, they were professional, and very clean, they did an excellent job. They also did my sliding door. Milan found there was some water damage under door and didn't just cover it he fixed the wood under first. thank you again to PREMIUM windows. he used VINYL PRO windows excellent choice all casement windows.
