What an amazing experience dealing with Milan and his team of experienced fitters. I had a few quotes from reputable window fitters that I looked up on Homestars before being referred to Premium by a friend. With the other companies I dealt with commission-based sales staff that were not fitters and had limited product knowledge in terms of what would go well in my house. I was surprised with Premium’s customer-focused approach as they don’t employ sales folks and Milan dealt directly with me. There was a sense of security knowing that I would be dealing with one point of contact. Milan is all about doing the best possible job and providing the highest level of service in the most cost-effective way for the customer. All the windows and doors he installed are of the highest quality in relation to the price-point. Sure there may be better quality windows out there but the price would be exponentially higher for those without much value-add. From start-finish the service from Premium windows was timely, flexible, customer-centric and doing the best possible job to any budget. I would recommend Premium to anyone – in fact I already have!
